This Privacy Policy explains what information kiiwee (“we”, “us”) collects when you use kiiwee.co and buy our templates, how we use it, and who we share it with. kiiwee is operated by [OPERATOR — your name or business entity]. We keep this short and try to collect as little as possible.
Payment information
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who collect and process your billing and payment information under their own Privacy Policy. Paddle shares with us only what we need to fulfill your order — such as your email address, the product purchased, and your country (for tax).
Information we collect
- Your email address — to deliver your Product and provide support.
- Order details — which Product you bought and when (from Paddle). We never see your full card number.
- Anything you send us — the contents of emails you send to [email protected].
How we use it
- To deliver your Product and send order and delivery confirmations;
- To provide customer support and respond to your messages;
- To keep records required for our accounting and legal obligations.
We use Resend to send transactional emails (such as your delivery link). We don't send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Cookies and local storage
The Site uses your browser's local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference — that's it. Paddle's checkout may set cookies that are necessary to process your payment. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
Product delivery via Google
Products are typically delivered as a Google Sheets “make a copy” link. When you open one, your use of Google Sheets is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We don't receive access to your Google account or the copy you create.
Who we share data with
We share information only with the providers we need to run the store — currently Paddle (payments) and Resend (email delivery) — and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your rights
